The South-East Asia Public Health Education Institutions Network (SEAPHEIN) is hosting a webinar series starting Saturday, September 20 from 3:00 – 4:30 PM (IST), with its first event, Landscape of Public Health Education Programs in the South-East Asia Region (SEAR). Featuring leading experts from within the region, this interactive session will identify opportunities and challenges in strengthening public health education across SEAR.

Objectives

• To enhance understanding of the public health education programs offered by various public and private institutions and universities in SEAR
• To understand the supply and demand factors influencing SEAR’s public health education programs
• To assess the faculty requirement for the public health education programs in SEAR
• To suggest ways for faculty development for the public health programs in SEAR
• To identify challenges in promoting public health programs in SEAR
• To suggest ways to strengthen SEAR’s public health education environment and ecosystem
