Ethics, values, and law are central to equitable and accountable public health, making them a strategic priority for GNAPH. Through the Public Health Ethics and Law (PHEL) Network, GNAPH supports a global coalition advancing critical dialogue, knowledge exchange, and capacity-building. The Network brings together scholars and practitioners to address priorities such as public health mandates, codes of ethics, emergency preparedness, racial equity, community engagement, ethics in education, and justice in climate and health – strengthening the ethicolegal foundations of public health through shared learning, collaboration, and systems-oriented approaches.
