The 18th World Congress on Public Health (WCPH 2026) will take place in Cape Town, South Africa from September 6 to 9, 2026. WCPH 2026 is organized by the World Federation of Public Health Associations (WFPHA) and the Public Health Association of South Africa (PHASA), and will bring together more than 2,000 anticipated delegates including public health professionals, policymakers, and advocates to address some of the most pressing current global health challenges.

The Congress’s theme, “Equity Without Borders: Equity, Inclusion, and Sustainability,” seeks to emphasize the commitment of this global public health community to create equitable, collaborative, and practical solutions to the complex challenges we face today.
